The shamrock room is a great location and space for holding your next business meeting, birthday party, wedding or holiday parties.
I am having my wedding reception at the Shamrock Room, do you require a wedding planner?
We encourage you to hire a professional wedding planner to help make your day as stress free and as beautiful as possible.
We are looking to host a rehearsal dinner, do you offer something for us?
Absolutely. Let us know when, how many people and we can go over all of your options.
How far away is Asheville Regional Airport from the Shamrock Room?
The airport is 25 minutes away from our venue.
How far is Pretty Place Chapel from The Shamrock Room?
Pretty Place Chapel is a 34 minute drive.
How long is the venue rental?
You can have your event any time of day.
We ask all of the guests and staff to be out of the venue by 12 AM and events end by 11:00 PM unless otherwise agreed upon.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
The Shamrock Room has a full liquor license. Alcohol will be supplied through The Shamrock Room.
Do we have to clean the venue after my wedding or event?
We ask that you remove all items you bring with you after your event, this includes any decor, gifts, sign in books etc. Other than that leave the rest to us. however there is a $200 cleaning fee included in the rental fee
What non-alcoholic drinks do you offer?
We offer unsweet tea, sweet tea, lemonade and coke products.
Do you have bar packages?
Yes, we have an assortment of bar packages for you to choose from. We have a package for every taste and budget.
Do you offer a cash bar?
Yes we do.
Does the bartender come with the cash bar or bar packages?
Bartenders are charged separately. We staff one bartender per 75 guests.
Do you allow outside catering?
We are happy to have any caterer you choose at The Shamrock Room.
